A. No. College Square offers exceptional quality and value. Our strictly monthly rental fee is all-inclusive and affordable. No long-term commitment or buy-in is required.

Q. How many floor plans do I have to choose from?
A. College Square offers four spacious floor plans. The Studio, One-Bedroom and One Bedroom Deluxe apartments come with full-sized refrigerators and microwave ovens, and the Two-Bedroom apartments have full kitchens.

Q. Can I bring my own furnishings?
A. Our apartments are designed with a neutral color scheme to compliment any decorating theme. At College Square, you will feel right at home.

Q. Will I be able to remain as active and independent as I am now?
A. Absolutely! At College Square, we take care of the cooking, cleaning and other household tasks so you have time to enjoy your retirement years.
